  • Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude towards fellow residents.
  • Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM).

2. Cleanliness is Key

  • Keep your room and common areas clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow recycling rules.

3. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed only during designated hours.
  • Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

4. Safety First

  • Lock your room and secure your belongings when leaving.
  • Follow fire safety guidelines and do not tamper with safety equipment.

    5. No Smoking or Alcohol in Common Areas

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in shared spaces.

6. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities

  • Illegal activities, substance abuse, or any behavior that compromises safety is strictly prohibited.

7. Pets Policy

  • Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly properties or with prior approval.

8. Payment of Rent

  • Ensure timely payment of rent and other dues as per the agreement.

9. Use Amenities Responsibly

  • Treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.

10. Respect Privacy

  • Avoid entering other residents' rooms without permission.
  • Use headphones for music or calls in shared spaces.

11. Participation in Community Events

  • Participation in events is encouraged but not mandatory.

12. Termination Policy

  • Violating these rules may lead to warnings, fines, or termination of the stay agreement.
